Rethinking the add recipient option can improve the Pay & Transfer feature's user interaction. This is a personal exploration project as I am interested in building consumer products.

Notify Transaction Limit

Users have to click on "View Payment Limits" to know about daily transaction limits.

Users can get to know their limit priorly without clicking on any option and they can customize the limit.

Delete Recipient

Users have to click on "Manage" to delete recipient.

Just swipe left to delete the recipient and click on the recipient label to make payment.

Rethinking the user flow and interaction

Lloyds' current process for adding a recipient and making a payment is confusing as the two processes are mixed up. I have created a new flow that separates these processes, where the user first creates the recipient and then moves on to the payment process.

To switch between different accounts, the user has to go account list.

Users can switch accounts by clicking the right and left arrows.
